Performing brilliantly in business involves more than just technical expertise; it requires excellent
communication skills, commanding presence and supreme confidence. This fully practical
masterclass, gives participants a taste of the tools and techniques taught on RADA Business’s
programmes, specifically designed for women in business.

Participants will be introduced to strategies that will help them communicate with greater
authority, authenticity and impact. They will learn tools and techniques to hold their space in a
room, find their voice and be heard, so that when they speak, others listen.

Masterclass Content

•Holding and owning your space
•Building gravitas and credibility
•Physical and vocal authority, impact and presence
•Recognising behaviours in others and flexing communication style

Masterclass outcomes:
By the end of the masterclass, participants will have:

•Explored techniques to access different energy levels
•Developed a centred and effective posture
•Created a powerful vocal presence
•Learnt how to hold their space and come across with impact.
•Discovered new strategies for influencing others and changing behaviours

With a 3-hour masterclass, we aim to give each participant insight into the impact of their
behaviours on others and provide practical tips and takeaways, that participants can apply
straight away in the workplace. Participants will explore how small changes can have a large
impact.

Lisa Akesson

Lisa is a highly experienced voice, personal impact and presentation skills trainer. With a career spanning over 20 years, Lisa's work has ranged from coaching actors, professionals to politician's and C-Suite across the public and private sectors both in the UK and internationally.
