BUFFET AND LEARN - Identifying and Resolving Stress

Arrival and cold buffet, tea and coffee served at 5.30pm. The session will start at 6pm. 

This session covers:

• What makes us tick?
• Mood, memory, habits, behaviour, and sleep.
• What is stress?
• How to spot stress?
• How to resolve stress?

Learning Outcomes:

• Understand broadly how the mind works.
• Awareness of the intellectual and emotional minds.
• Identify three stress-related behaviour patterns.
• Identify three stress-related sleep patterns.
• Recognise stress and stressors.
• Recognise the signs of stress.
• Be aware of what can be done about stress.
• Learn the 3-6 breathing technique.
• Know where to go for more information on stress.
