New CII guidance sets benchmark for managing vulnerability across insurance and personal finance
At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

The Insurance Charity Golf Day - book your place today
The Insurance Charity golf day will take place on 14 October at The Nottinghamshire club, voted The East Midland's best golf venue. Located six miles from Nottingham station and 18 miles from East Midlands Airport, attendees will be playing on the prestigious 18-hole Championship course.

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) honoured its most dedicated members during the Local Institute Volunteer Awards at the Network Conference 2025.
President's Message
It is an honour to represent the Insurance Institute of Middlesbrough as President for a second time, in our 101st year.
Your local institute run a successful CPD lecture programme and this will continue, our aim being to cover a variety of topics that would be of interest to our members in the coming months.
The local institute also provides social events, culminating in our Annual Dinner which iis being held in November
