Marathon swims for autism charity assist with mental health

Our former President and current Council Member, Ben McBean, has published a blog with the support of Youtalk-Insurance discussing his sponsored Open Water swimming Marathons, in aid of Autism Parents Together (Tees Valley), and how it also helped with his mental health.
