- Potential repercussions of Brexit on health and safety law and its applicability in the UK.

- Consideration of the Norway and other models. -

Potential landscape post Brexit. -

Potential impact on proposed Civil Justice Reforms.

And at the end of the session, attendees will have an understanding of :-

- EU influence on the current UK health and safety law.

- How the UK health and safety law might look post Brexit.

- What might happen to the proposed Civil Justice Reforms.

Speakers :- Simon Mather and Gabriel Fay of DWF LLP

Simon is a partner based in DWF`s Manchester office. He has almost 30 years` experience in Defendant personal injury work.

Gabriel is head of the Occupational Health and Casualty team in DWF`s Newcastle office. - advises on a wide range of Fast and Multi Track matters with experience of catastrophic injury, large loss, fraud and has a special interest in causation in claims involving chronic pain.
