The Insurance Institutes of Peterborough and Northampton Annual Charity Dinner
We are delighted to formally invite you to the 93rd Insurance Institute of Peterborough Annual Dinner on Friday 6th February 2026 at The Haycock Manor Hotel, Wansford, Peterborough PE8 6JA.
This year will be a bit different as we are combining with Northampton for a joint evening of fun, networking, and cameraderie!
This year’s theme is all around networking and fun so whilst we'll be putting on the usual great show, having a great time will be the priority!
In the spirit of fun and in a nod to Northampton's deep affinity with the sport, we've manage to arrange for two fabulous F1 simulators to complement our usual casino and disco.
The Haycock is a perfect setting for the evening, with the building dating back to at least the 16th century. Mary Queen of Scots is said to have lodged there on her way to imprisonment and later royal guests include Queen Victoria and Princess Diana.
This black tie evening will begin at 6.30 pm with drinks in the bar, followed by speeches and awards, and then the dinner. Following on from the fabulous food, there will be a raffle and charity casino, with the proceeds going to The Royal Papworth Hospital.
If you wish to stay the night, rooms can be confirmed by contacting the Haycock Manor Hotel direct on 01780 782223.
When booking, please choose your menu options and let us know of any particular dietary requirements.
Wine or beer can be booked in advance on the attached forms.
Tickets are £90 for individuals but tables of ten can be booked for ease.
