The Insurance Institute of Ireland is pleased to announce their next event will focus on Emerging Litigation Trends.

The webinar will explore emerging litigation risks, drawing on national and international trends to include business interruption, under insurance, social inflation and cyber issues; and how best to respond to such risks.

Catriona McCorry , Partner Professional & Commercial Risk – DAC Beachcroft

Catriona leads the professional and commercial risk team in Northern Ireland specialising in defence of professional negligence claims on behalf of a wide range of professions. She will draw on her experience in handling claims on behalf of insurers and brokers to highlight the key issues facing insurance professionals and how they can protect themselves and their clients.

Sean McGahan, Partner Location Head – DAC Beachcroft

Sean is known for taking a strategic view of litigation risk for clients, drawing on his risk management credentials as an IRM Certified Risk Specialist. Sean is recognised by Chambers and Partners with a Band 1 ranking, recognised as highly experienced in handling complex personal injury claims.
