8 February 2023 Yoga Wellness Event

After all the rush of Christmas & New Year, treat yourself to an evening of wellness at Home Holistics, Garden Hall, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 1BW. Garden Hall is a sanctuary for wellbeing, providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

We will start the evening with a fun light aerobic workout, followed by a mindful yoga session and meditation. There will also be the opportunity to have a taster of the holistic therapies that Home Holistics offer.

When we are all relaxed, we can finish the evening with Vegan nibbles, drinks, and networking.

Please dress casually for this event, as we are encouraging wellbeing and relaxation.
