The challenges of communication overwhelm – and how to overcome them

In the last year, I have conducted large scale research, funded by Hertfordshire County Council on the impact of over communication on productivity and mental health. Using results from the research as well as examples of misuse of communication internally, I have created a topic on how to create an effective internal communication system and process to ensure everyone is kept in touch whilst avoiding them being overwhelmed by too much communication.
