New CII guidance sets benchmark for managing vulnerability across insurance and personal finance
At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since I proudly took on the role of President of the Birmingham Insurance Institute.
The Birmingham Insurance Institute was founded in 1887. At the inaugural meeting of the institute, its objectives were laid down to:
disseminate knowledge of the principles of Insurance amongst those engaged in the business.
encourage social intercourse between the members of the profession.
