This session explores how the increasing frequency of surge events driven by climate change is affecting the insurance claims industry. From supply chain pressures to the mental resilience required of professionals during peak periods, we’ll unpack both the technical and emotional realities of surge. Featuring insights from early-career Chartered Loss Adjusters and BELFOR, the session aims to provide practical tips, share real experiences, and open up the conversation on how we can better support ourselves and each other during challenging times.
