Title of talk: Emerging Risks Employers Must Navigate & Forthcoming Legislation and an Introduction to the BIBA Event Insurance Scheme.

This event is divided into two focused sessions.
The first session explores the evolving responsibilities Employers face in today’s workplace, including key emerging risk trends and the implications of forthcoming legislation such as the Employment Act. Attendees will gain insight into how Employment Practices Liability (EPL) insurance can support clients in managing these challenges.

The second session provides a clear and practical overview of the BIBA Event Insurance Scheme, highlighting the enhanced features and benefits available to BIBA brokers and their clients.

Learning objectives 

By the end of this session delegates should be able to:

• Identify emerging Employer risk trends and understand what new challenges are on the horizon
• Explain how Employment Practices Liability insurance solutions can help clients manage employment-related exposures
• Understand and articulate the key features and benefits of the BIBA Event Insurance Scheme.
