Summary

Despite their achievements, many women struggle with lack of confidence in their abilities. This empowering and reflective session helps women reflect on their inner critic, manage self-doubt, and build a foundation of lasting self-trust. Rooted in coaching psychology and designed for the realities of corporate life, the workshop enables participants to recognise their strengths, reframe limiting beliefs, and navigate change with confidence and calm. A must for those who experience imposter feelings, perfectionism, or fear of failure.

Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will:
 - Understand where self-doubt comes from and how it shows up in behaviour
 - Identify their unique patterns of inner criticism or overachievement
 - Learn tools to interrupt negative self-talk and build emotional resilience
 - Leave with practical strategies to sustain self-trust at work and beyond
