• “Senior management”, the search for relevant information & “blind-eye” knowledge
• Conditions & warranties – the old and new law
• Preparing for the coming changes in the onus of proof.
• The Insured’s duties when claiming – legal & practical points to watch
• Setting Reserves and
• why they matter to Insurers and Insureds
• Public Authorities & Reinstatement - surprises here?
• How the Insured should be pro-active throughout and
• Assemble information for interim payments
• Explaining Interruption essentials and
• Making assertive uses of the policy formula
• Fraud – what it is, and its changing consequences
