The Speaker James is a Solicitor. He joined DAC Beachcroft LLP in August 2004 and has experience of defending a wide variety of Motor, Employers liability, Public liability and industrial disease claims.
From 2009, James has dealt with claims for HAVS, WRULD, Asbestos Related Conditions and Occupational Asthma but mainly handles claims for Noise Induced Hearing Loss. James is responsible for the day to day management of relationships with a major insurer client. Within the firm’s Casualty Claims Handling group, he is responsible for the management of the Leeds team.
