Jim Dart has been in the insurance industry for almost 35 years, working as an underwriter, claims assistant and broker, including 10 years running his own brokerage.
Following a period with Defaqto in which he helped launch their General Insurance comparison system he became involved in regulatory compliance in 2003 and now heads up his own Compliance Consultancy, Dart Compliance Ltd, providing assistance to over 60 Brokers and two insurance Networks. He is a previous presenter of BIBA compliance training and member of the Insurance Age Compliance ‘Power Panel’.
