Surviving Change

Will the current period of change end soon, or at least slow down? History would say not! So we need some practical strategies for surviving and perhaps even prospering in a changing environment. Strategies for our companies, and also for ourselves.

Therefore the talk will cover:

  • Reactions to change - your thought processes, and your company's
  • Optimising performance - yours and your company's
  • How you are judged by your boss
  • How your company is judged by your customers
  • Developing a resilient state of mind
  • Summary of strategies

Presenter - Chris Croft

Chris has a background as a Charted Engineer working in the manufacturing & aerospace sectors. Previously a Senior Lecturer at the Bournemouth University Business School he has been a self employed trainer since 1997.
