NextGen Month Workshop 5: 10 Common Thinking Traps to Avoid
In this session we will be looking at examining your thinking and looking into the typical 'thinking traps' you can fall into when moving up the career ladder/finding yourself in a position of more responsibility.
This session will look into what those typical traps/barriers can be and how you can tackle them.
You will learn:
- 10 Common thinking traps that we can fall into.
- A check list to help you to examine your thinking.
- 3 Ways to improve your thinking.
