As we come into the new year, people may come to suffer SAD, also known as winter depression. As well as this all the changes which occur over the year, especially through the last 2-3 years, including our own personal lives and work lives, we need to know how we can cope with low moods and help others.

During this webinar we will help understand why we might experience low mood, some warning signs we can spot on ourselves and others, how to help ourselves and where we can find support.

Please see below a message from our speaker, Anne Streather;

I am delighted to introduce myself as a trainer with Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind, your local mental health charity. I am a qualified teacher and have been privileged to deliver training and to manage and govern charities with a mental health focus in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough over 30 years. I have been privileged to work in the fields of mental health, volunteer opportunities, visual impairment, HIV and child berereavement, and as a Samaritan volunteer and trainer. I look forward very much to meeting you.
