Personal Performance & Confidence

Developing the mindset and resilience to perform at your best

Managing Fear and Showing Up with Confidence - From being the quietest, shyest person in the classroom to becoming a prize winning opera singer and award winning professional speaker, Susan Heaton-Wright understands that confidence is not something you are born with, but something you develop. Drawing on neuroscience, performance psychology and practical techniques developed through years of performing and studying neuroscience, this workshop explains why we experience fear, how it affects our thinking and communication, and provides proven strategies to manage nerves, build confidence and perform at your best when it matters most.

● Confidence Under Pressure - Discover how neuroscience and the latest scientific research explain why pressure affects our thinking, decision making and communication, and learn practical techniques to work with your brain rather than against it. This evidence based workshop will help you remain calm, think clearly and communicate with confidence, credibility and impact in high pressure situations such as presentations, meetings, interviews and difficult conversations.

● The Neuroscience of Influence - Influence is not about persuasion alone. It is about understanding how people think, what captures their attention and what motivates them to act. This workshop explores the neuroscience behind influence and equips participants with practical techniques to communicate in ways that build trust, encourage collaboration and achieve better outcomes.
