Online Event - Directors and Officers Insurance Overview
The webinar will briefly explain the history of D&O and how the D&O marketplace is changing dramatically due to the economy. The sad fact is that many businesses will struggle badly over the next few years and lots of redundancies will have to be made. This will result in a sharp spike in both Directors and Officers and Employment Liability Practices claims. The market will harden and that is why it is essential brokers have conversations with their clients now.

Alan Chandler,

Online Event - Application Fraud: The Forgotten Frontline Battle

THE HIGHWAY CODE CHANGES 2022 AND THEIR IMPLICATIONS FOR MOTOR INSURANCE
On 29 January 2022 some significant alterations were made to the Highway Code, known and trusted for many decades as the ‘Road Users’ Bible’. This new edition changes many common perceptions as to the rules and etiquette of the road, for instance, priorities at junctions, awareness, spacing and the creation of a ‘hierarchy’ of road users. Not only are these amendments of fundamental importance to any road user, they will undoubtedly have a bearing on many RTA liability decisions affecting everyone from pedestrians to HGV drivers.

Online event - Closing the deal - Objection Handling
In the same way that many salespeople experience ‘call reluctance’, many others fail to ask for the business, or to have appropriate strategies to deal with objections when they do. This session explores how the work you do earlier in the process can make it easier for yourself by minimising objections and creating an ‘easier close’. We then explore how to handle objections when they do arise, and how to help secure the final close.
