Enabling Women's Careers - 1st Session - Empowerment

We are excited to announce that we have joined forces with our local institutes to bring you monthly sessions to Enable Women's Careers.

All levels of PFS and CII encouraged.

This is the first of our joint sessions where Caroline will design and facilitate collaborative sessions on a monthly basis. These sessions will not be recorded as we aim to create a safe space for members to express themselves and grow as the months progress. Future topics will be determined by the group each month.

In this session we will:

- Begin to create a set of boundries and standards for the sessions moving forwards
- Explore topics of interest for future sessions
- Explore what Empowerment means to us
- Explore where we feel Empowered
- Discuss how we feel Disempowerd
-Consider what we could do differently to feel more Empowered

About your facilitator

Caroline has worked with multinational clients in financial services for more than 27 years.

In 2012 serendipity lead her on a journey to explore personal development and the power of the mind and she has since trained with many world famous coaches.

Caroline discovered that the soft skills which she had lacked as a corporate Technical Adviser were the missing keys to success!
