Enabling Women's Careers - Putting Our Needs First

Join us for the June Women's forum session to Enable Womens Careers.

Many of us prioritise others over our own needs, including attending sessions like this that offer CPD, personal growth and connection with others. Does it come naturally to you to proritise your needs or does it sometimes feel selfish?

It is difficult pour from an empty cup and so in this session we will:

- Discuss the kinds of things that are important to us that we sometimes put on hold
- Consider the reasons why we sometimes proritise others
- Explore the importance of doing more of what matters to us
- Touch upon the consequences of not making ourselves a priority
- Share tips within the group

This session will be Live-Online on Zoom. It will not be recorded as we aim to create a safe space for members to express themselves, network and grow.

These sessions are for all levels of PFS and CII and future topics will be established from member feedback within the group.

The sessions are facilitated by Caroline who is a Certified Coach and NLP Trainer, however, these sessions are an exploration for all and so please bring your top tips to share with other members of the group and be open to explore and encourage eachother.
