Enabling Your Inner Critic

As humans we are hard wired to search for danger. In the modern world, where there are no saber tooth tigers, this is not always helpful and can hold us back from achieving.

Join us for this Live-Online and fully interactive session on Zoom where Caroline will share her some practical tips on how you can retrain your inner critic and set yourself up for success.

Engaging in this workshop will:

• Enhance your understanding of your inner critic, why its there and how it serves you
• Provide an introduction to Neuroplasticity
• Begin to retrain your thoughts for success

After the main theory aspect of the session you will have the opportunity to work with others in a very short break out where you will be invited to meet others in the group and put the theory into practice.

If you are able to have your camera on this will be an added bonus for others in the group.

This session is suitable for all levels of development and is for all CII and PFS Members.

About the Facilitator

Caroline has worked with multinational clients in financial services for more than 27 years.
In 2012 serendipity lead her on a journey to explore personal development and the power of the mind and she has trained with many world famous coaches.
