Online CPD Session - Carbon Calculator - How Green is your Remediation?
The Insurance Institute of Perth and Dundee is delighted to be hosting a technical insurance event on Calculating the Carbon Cost of Claims
This is a one hour event providing one hour of CPD.
This talk will cover the concepts of calculating the greenhouse gas emissions produced by remediation and reinstatement works, and with the use of case studies our speaker will demonstrate how the data produced by a carbon calculator tool can form part of a remediation options appraisals allowing different schemes of work to be measured in terms of their estimated carbon footprint.
Our speaker is Richard Lawrence Adv Dip CILA, Dip CII, Head of Environmental at QuestGates Chartered Loss Adjusters & Claims Specialists.
