PFS - Face to Face Session - Time for a different approach
We are pleased to be offering face to face training sessions.
This session titled Time for a different approach will be delivered by Daniel Lockyer of Hawksmoor.
We will be meeting at Exeter Court Hotel with registration and bacon rolls in the Kennford Suite from 8:30am, session starts at 9am.
Learning objectives:
At the end of the session attendees will:
- Illustrate the challenges of the traditional equity/bond portfolio in light of expensive valuations.
- Describe why looking beyond liquid equities and bonds to alternative asset classes such as energy storage and shipping can help meet client objectives.
- Explain the benefits of blending active and passive multi asset solutions.
Presenter: Daniel Lockyer, Hawksmoor
Daniel Lockyer joined Hawksmoor in June 2009 and now serves as Senior Account Manager of the Vanbrugh, Distribution and Global Opportunities Funds.
He began his investment career in 1998 with Abbey Life Investment Services in Bournemouth, before joining Christows Stockbrokers.
He was then a founding member of iimia in 2002 where he was awarded the prestigious Investment Week Fund Manager of the Year Award in 2008 for his stewardship of the iimia Income fund.
