The business case for diversity is irrefutable – diverse boards are 35% more likely to have financial returns higher than its industry average. Diverse and inclusive workforces are not just about doing the right thing; it is fundamental to the future success of our sector.

Join the IASG and the ABI, as it brings Dive In to Glasgow, to consider how the insurance and long-term savings industry can harness the opportunities that diversity presents. Hear Mike Stevenson’s inspirational story on his upbringing in Edinburgh and Pakistan, expulsion from school, homelessness, mental ill health and drug addiction to becoming an award-winning entrepreneur and businessman.

Mike is passionate about the power of business and was one of the first Directors in the UK to be given a Corporate & Social Responsibility Award by the Prime Minister. Mike will be followed by an expert industry panel that will explore how firms can harness a diverse workforce to deliver more.
