Change Management

The Insurance Institute of Perth and Dundee is delighted to be hosting a personal development session on Change Management.

This 3.5 hour virtual, interactive workshop is designed to help delegates understand the stages that people naturally go through when faced with change and how to mitigate the impact to ensure that change is embraced.

This workshop is suitable for anyone who leads people or is responsible for implementing or embedding change within their organisation.

Our speakers, John Nutter and Mark Williams are respected and award-winning trainers for Aviva who will share with delegates the best practice theory of how to manage change more effectively.

Learning objectives:
By attending this event delegates will be able to:

• Explore the challenges you will face when implementing change
• Explain the different stages of the change curve
• Describe the eight-stage change model
• Apply your learning back in the workplace
