New CII guidance sets benchmark for managing vulnerability across insurance and personal finance
At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.

Welcome to The Insurance Institute of Halifax & Bradford. I am honoured to take over as President this year, succeeding Suzanne Mitchell, who has done an outstanding job over the past two years.
This year, my focus will be on promoting the longevity and sustainability of our Institute by actively engaging our younger members. Their involvement is crucial to ensuring we have a strong future voice within the industry.
We warmly welcome new members from both the Insurance and Finance Industries and we can offer a wealth of information to support you in the early stages of your career, including CPD opportunities and networking to help you advance.
