Interactive webinar on ten things where underwriters should help brokers but often don’t
Alan Chandler, one of the most popular presenters in the UK, will be running an interactive presentation on ten things where underwriters should help brokers but often don’t.
Live straw poles during the webinar will be taken to see where the market currently is on the relationship between brokers and underwriters, are underwriters meeting all the broker needs or is there room for improvement?
Subjects to be discussed will include should brokers be given better access to decision makers, why are underwriters often unable to articulate their USP’s to brokers and why do insurers tell the broker their surveyor has noticed there is under insurance but then won’t tell the broker what figure the surveyor says it should be!
There will be plenty of interesting and amusing stories from Alan and this is a fantastic opportunity to see where the market is in terms of broker insurer collaboration.
