As you can see, it’s been another busy year with a range of events for all members.
The finance section is incomplete. An updated report and the accounts will be uploaded to the website shortly.
If you have suggestions for other events we could consider or if you have any queries, do come along to our AGM on 22nd April at the Marriott Hotel, 6pm.
The formal proceedings take around 30 minutes. Then stay and chat to Council members.

New CII guidance sets benchmark for managing vulnerability across insurance and personal finance
At a press event in central London this morning, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) announced the launch of a landmark guide to help insurance and personal finance firms to better identify, support, and deliver fair outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances.
