In this webinar we will begin with a brief history and explanation of what is meant by ESG, i.e. Environmental, Social & Governance and where Diversity Equity & Inclusion features within this.
Thereafter we will review the legacy issues prevalent in the insurance sector before concentrating on the commercial and cultural benefits of having a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
Presenter Jill will share examples of the challenges she has faced in her career and her hopes that things will improve for new entrants to the industry.
