CPD

The morning session with Kat Thorne is designed to reset how you show up, think and perform at work and beyond.

Morning Game Changer focuses on building a strong, intentional start to your day because how you begin sets the tone for everything that follows. Kat blends mindset, energy management and practical habits to help you take control of your focus, confidence and output.

Expect a high-energy, interactive session where you’ll challenge limiting patterns, sharpen your mental clarity and learn simple routines that actually stick. This isn’t theory, it’s about creating a repeatable approach to performing at your best, every day.

You’ll leave with a clear framework for structuring your mornings, managing your mindset under pressure and showing up with consistency, purpose and impact.

The afternoon session with Nick Crawford is all about turning AI from something you’ve heard about into something you actually use.

In Build Your Own GPTs, Nick strips away the technical noise and shows you, step by step, how to create tailored AI tools that support your day-to-day work. From drafting content to streamlining processes and saving hours of time.

This is a practical, hands-on session where you’ll learn how to think about AI properly, structure effective prompts and build simple, usable GPTs without any coding background.

You’ll leave not just understanding AI, but with your own working GPT and the confidence to start applying it immediately in your role.

Please bring a laptop or tablet to fully participate in the practical elements of the session. This will not be an effective learning experience on a mobile phone.
