19 June 2024IIL are delighted to see that Julie Calvert FPFS has been recognised nationally by the CII for her outstanding voluntary work with IIL, Financial Liverpool and The Insurance Charities buy being awarded a Distinguished Service Award.
Julie was presented with her award at the CII National Conference last week in from of invited guests at the Awards Event Dinner.
The citation for Julie reads "Julie has dedicated her efforts not only to the Institute’s Council over many years, and as local President, but she has also been a key figure in integrating multiple facets of the insurance and financial service sectors within the region."

Obituary - John Millin
It is with great sadness that we share the news that John Millin has passed away. Born within the sound of the “kop roar”, John was proud to have been a true scouser. He grew up in Anfield, staying in the city throughout the blitz with his parents, his Father holding a reserved occupation as a dockworker.
