IIM Annual Dinner

Stacey Sheridan , President of the Insurance Institute of Manchester, is delighted to invite you to join us at our Annual Dinner which will take place on Friday 8^th November 2024 at The Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, Manchester. for an evening of entertainment, a three course dinner and plenty of laughs with our after dinner entertainment.

Dress code: This event is black tie.

Timings: Arrival and reception drinks from 6pm, followed by dinner and speeches at 7pm, with live music and entertainment from 10pm onwards.

Menu:
Starter - Isle of White tomatoes, onion dashi, Berkswell cheese, freeze-dried balsamic, nasturtium
Main - Great North Pie Co. 14-hour braised beef and ale pie, mashed potatoes, Manchester caviar, liquor
Main - Great North Pie Co. sweet potato and kale pie, mashed potatoes, Manchester caviar (V)
Dessert - Valrhona chocolate and tonka bean crémeux sandwich, salted caramel, blackcurrant sorbet

Entertainment: The evening will include a guest speaker, Buskerella (at the President's Drinks Reception), Nasko Sax and DJ Mike Newton.

This year the institute is raising awareness and funds for Reuben's Retreat, supporting families who have suffered the loss of a child or have a child living with medical complexities.

• 30 days notice is required to accept cancellation and to receive a full refund. Payment will still be due in full for cancellations received outside of this period.
