IIM Annual Dinner 2025

Marc Hargreaves, President of the Insurance Institute of Manchester, is delighted to invite you to join us at our Annual Dinner which will take place on Friday 14^th November 2025 at The Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, Manchester, in support of Henshaws charity, for an evening of entertainment, a three course dinner and plenty of laughs with our after dinner entertainment.

Dress code: This event is black tie / masquerade ball - wearing a mask is encouraged!

Timings: Arrival and reception drinks from 6pm, followed by dinner and speeches at 7pm, with live music and entertainment from 10pm onwards.

Menu:
Starters:
Manchester Gin Compressed Watermelon, Vegan Feta, Heritage Beets, Mint (Ve, GF)
Pressed Chicken Rillette, Asian Slaw, Crispy Chicken Skin Crumble, Katsu Curry Mayo

Mains:
Roasted Squash Risotto, Kale, Sage (Ve, GF)
Slow Cooked Ox Beef, Beef Fat Mash Potato, Star anise Cooked Carrot, Capers, Parsley

Dessert:
Caramelised Ginger Cake, Apple, Stem Ginger, Toffee Fudge Ice Cream (GF, D)

Please send dietary and accessibility requirements to manchesterinsurancecii@gmail.com by Friday 24th October. The menu isn’t a choice menu. Guests are kindly asked to select either the vegetarian or meat menu in advance. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Drinks Pre-Order: These will be taken directly via the hotel using code (IIM Dinner - 14.11.25) Order via this link. Please state the name of your company clearly when pre-ordering drinks, as well as the event code. Deadline is 3pm 13.11.2025.

Entertainment: The evening will include a guest speaker and other live entertainment, including BigBaneoke - see the list to choose from below!

Hotel accommodation: The Kimpton Clocktower Hotel have held a limited number of rooms at this special rate:

£155.00 bed and breakfast sole occupancy plus £1.20 city visitor charge
£175.00 bed and breakfast double occupancy plus £1.20 city visitor charge
