Your local institute council invites you to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting in order to hear first-hand reports from council members on previous and future activities and vote on the appointment of new council members.

The AGM will be held online and you will receive a confirmation email after booking your place which will contain the joining instructions.

If you feel you could make a positive contribution, it is an ideal first step to becoming involved. If you are interested in joining Council please contact andrew.green@pdports.co.uk

    6.2 Propose Presidential Committee for the session 2026/2027 is

    6.3 Propose Deputy President for the session 2026/2027

    6.4 Officers & Ex-officio members of the Council for the session 2026/2027 for the following positions:
    - Secretary
    - Treasurer
    Committee Chairperson(s) & Representatives – Ex-officio Members
    - Education Secretary
    - Dinner Secretary
    - Charities Officer
    - Diversity Officer

    6.6 To elect Council Members (not in named positions) for the session 2026/2027
