This interactive session will explore how artificial intelligence is being used and could be used to perpetrate fraud across motor, injury and household / contents insurance claims. We’ll showcase examples of AI-generated images and videos - such as fabricated vehicle damage and invoices - and examine how fraudsters can leverage these tools to advance false claims.
You will gain practical insights into:
- Emerging trends and risks in the AI fraud landscape
- Tips to identify AI generated content
- Legal strategies to challenge and defend against AI-driven fraud.
Throughout the session, you will have the opportunity to vote on whether images are genuine or AI-generated, putting your fraud detection instincts to the test.
