Webinar: Wills & Lasting Power of Attorney - Masterclass
This session hosted by our very own Council Member, Clive Barwell, looks are Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney.
If you arrange insurance of any type that requires an individual to make a claim, ask yourself how that claim can be progressed if that individual has lost capacity.
If you're going to mention LPAs, then it's natural to also consider Wills.
For PFS members, the FCA has indicated it could consider it failing to avoid foreseeable harm if a client, receiving an ongoing review service, were to lose capacity without an LPA, or die without an up-to-date Will.
