Fantasy Football 2021-2022 Results

So this is it - the final table of the NII Fantasy Football league.

A huge congratulations to our Winner for the 2021/22 season - Krupresh Kotecha with his team Still in Quaranteam and a score of 2507. He had an overall rank of 97,219th out of 9,167,407 players...which is in the top 1% of the entire competition, very impressive! As our overall winner, he bags the 1st prize of £100 Amazon Gift Vouchers - well done Krupresh.

2nd place goes to Paul Whittenham his team Propper Eze Targett with a score of 2503, and just missing out by 4 points, and finishing 102,492nd in the overall competition ! For his efforts, his prize is a £75 Amazon Gift Voucher.

3rd place is Matthew Field and Field XI with a score of 2438 and 217,101st place in the competition, winning himself 3rd prize of a £50 Amazon Gift Voucher.

Let's not forget of course our wooden spoon prize for last place which goes to Ewan Henderson and Hendo Allstars with 1505 points.

Wanted to make note of the Manager of the month for April who was Alan Rodgers with Big Al's Team and scored 342 points, whilst in May it was Paul Silcock and Smiler's Smilers with an impressive 346 points.

A big thank you to everyone for taking part, unfortunately, we will not be having a get together or winners presentation but we do hope to get together next season.

I will be stepping down from running the fantasy football league, but I am pleased to announce that one of our new Council members, Noel Marriott from Russell Scanlan. He will be in touch with everyone when the new season starts in August, so please keep an eye on the website.
