Important information about possible upcoming disruptions to the CII services
The CII advised customers and members in November of their intention to transition to a new relationship management system in late Jan/early Feb 2023 as part of their commitment to improving the way they deliver value for members and learners.
It is intended to complete the transition between 8-19 March.
You do not need to take any action at this time, however members may wish to:
• Consider booking any MCQ exams before March, should they fall around the time of the transition
• Reflect on when any coursework assignments are due and submit them in good time
If a members SPS is due for renewal in March, it is recommended that the renewal be submited once the application window opens on 1 March.
