Formerly Training manager for Highway plc and Branch Underwriting manager for Highway and Leadenhall, Mike is a Director at Create Solutions.
Mike has spent the last nine years helping general insurance brokers with FSA compliance. He is a frequent contributor to the trade press and an expert on FSA compliance for general insurance brokers. Mike is a past president of the Manchester Insurance Institute and currently on the representative council at the CII.
