Motivating People - Sledge Pack Challenge

After spending five years researching, planning and training, Alan led the first successful unaided British Expedition to the top of the world.

Decision making, collaboration, and team buy-in were a crucial part to the overall success of the delivery.

After hearing Alan's presentation and seeing first-hand how important the planning was, you will have individual time to think what the vital pieces of equipment were and what the luxury dead weight was. After an individual cerebral exercise you will then be working as table teams and will have 20 minutes to debate what equipment and tools were essential as a group , using your influencing techniques and decision making skills for a collaborative outcome.

These exercises will be scored and produce a winning team who worked together the most efficient.
