Session Overview

In this talk Julian Hall will give you an insight into your own personal relationship stress and introduce you to his unique model the 5 Pillars of Stress which is the subject of a book due out in 2017.

By the end of this session you will understand where stress comes from, how it affects you and your health, you own personal relationship with stress and have 3 interventions in your tool kit that you can use to reposition your relationship with stress.
