Therefore, brokers, underwriters and claims staff alike should understand the law of tort, as failure to understand this means protections may be inadequate and a fair presentation of risk may not occur.

This webinar, presented by Alan Chandler, one of the most popular presenters in the UK, will in Alan's usual plain English way provide an overview of the law of tort.

All the main torts will be explored: negligence, nuisance, trespass, defamation, strict liability, statutory liability, and vicarious liability.
