Your Roadmap to Success: CII Benefits, Career Tools & Networking
Join us for an engaging in-person session with Philip Turner from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). This event offers an invaluable opportunity to learn about the benefits of CII membership and how it can support your professional development. The session also includes an interactive Networking workshop demonstrating how to use the CII Professional Map, and a catering break to connect with peers.
We’re delighted to be hosting this session at Howden Insurance’s vibrant and modern office in Caledonian House, West Kinfauns. Arrive 11.45pm prompt for the session starting 12pm- 2.30pm. The session includes catering for lunch.
This session will provide attendees with understanding of:
- Introduction to the CII
- Membership benefits (career, credibility and community)
- Future Me- the CII’s online career coaching and development platform, designed to help professionals plan and progress their careers.
- The CII Professional Map- a comprehensive competency framework defining the behaviours and expertise needed for success in insurance and personal finance, which can be used as a practical tool for career planning and development.
