CII AGM

Wednesday, 30 June 2021
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm (UK time)

Following the success of the CII’s first fully virtual AGM last year, which reached record numbers of attendees from across the globe, the CII will once again welcome its members virtually at 15:00 (BST) on Wednesday 30 June 2021 for this year’s AGM.

The AGM panel will include the CII’s independent Chair, Dr Helen Phillips, who will be joined by our CEO, Sian Fisher, and CII President for 2021, Julie Page.

Members will be able to view a live webcast of the meeting, ask questions, and submit their votes in real time by logging in to the AGM website.

All eligible* members with a registered active email address will receive an email from LUMI, our AGM service provider, with their log in username and personal voting ID. Members who do not receive this email can request the information by contacting agm@cii.co.uk, confirming their full name and CII PIN.

Online voting will remain open until 48 hours before the meeting for those who would like to submit their votes in advance (by proxy) and will re-open during the meeting. Members who cannot log in to the online platform are also able to vote using the standard proxy form, which can be returned by email or post.

Information to help members make their choice, including the notice, financial statements, and biographies are available as document links on this page.
