Matters concerning the CII Group Board and the PFS Board

Dear Member,

I am writing to let you know, that following the recent reports and press coverage concerning matters between the CII Group Board and the PFS Board, Council Members of the Insurance Institute of Sheffield recently met to discuss our concerns and how best to address them. A letter was drafted and sent to both Alan Vallance (Chief Executive of the CII Group) and Don MacIntyre (Interim Chief Executive of the PFS) on 13th February 2023. A joint reply from them was received on 16th February 2023. Both of these documents are now available to view on our website for your information as members of these organisations.
