The first session of 2026 provided by our partner The Diversity Trust will provide an opportunity to investigate the impact of sex and gender on practice, outcomes and productivity within the workplace.
The session will explore good practice for working within a context of equality, diversity and inclusion.
We'll talk about what is meant by sex and gender? If why is gender bias a problem?
We'll discuss managing gender bias, and the role of leaders and managers have in overcoming this within our sector.
