The Insurance Institute of Stoke is delighted to announce the introduction of the Rising Star Award, a brand-new accolade for 2026 that will be presented at our Annual Dinner.

This award has been created to recognize and celebrate emerging talent within the local insurance profession. Every organization has individuals who consistently go above and beyond, demonstrate exceptional commitment, and make a positive impact on colleagues, customers, and the wider industry. The Rising Star Award has been designed to shine a spotlight on those outstanding individuals and acknowledge their achievements.

As an Institute, we are passionate about supporting professional development and encouraging the next generation of insurance professionals. The Rising Star Award reflects our commitment to recognising those who are already making a real difference early in their careers and who demonstrate the potential to become future leaders of our industry.

We are inviting employers, managers, colleagues, and peers to nominate individuals who consistently exceed expectations, embrace learning opportunities, champion professionalism, and contribute positively to their workplace. Whether through exceptional customer service, technical expertise, innovation, teamwork, or dedication to personal development, we want to hear about the rising stars who deserve recognition.

The winner will be announced and presented with the inaugural Rising Star Award 2026 at the Insurance Institute of Stoke's Annual Dinner, where industry professionals from across the region will come together to celebrate achievements and excellence within the profession.
